• Business CreationYou can create as many companies as you wish. Each company needs to be assigned a billing plan to manage its projects and activities.

• Billing Addresses: Within each company, you can set up several billing addresses. These addresses can be assigned to specific promotions, facilitating a personalized management adapted to each project.

For example:

• A promoter can register several billing addresses

  for your promotions:

  • Residencial Sol with a specific billing address.

  • North Tower with another billing address assigned.

This provides flexibility in the management of fiscal data according to the legal or accounting needs of each project.

Permit Management by Company and Promotion

IdealTwin also allows you to assign and manage user permissions by company and promotion:

• Owner/Manager:

  • Each company has an owner or manager who can:

    • Create additional companies.

    • Configure billing addresses.

    • Assign permissions and roles to users.

    • Eliminate the company, if necessary.

• Permits :

  • Define roles for users according to their responsibilities, such as administrator, sales agent or owner.

  • Limit user access to specific promotions or companies as needed.
