Grants: Users and Roles
IdealTwin allows you to work with different users on the same promotion. All the information stored in the promotion is accessible to the users who have access to it.
There are different types of roles that can be assigned to promotion users:
Promotion manager: Administrator profile. Allows you to edit the information of the development, add files, create homes, invite other users, etc. For practical purposes, it has the same permissions as the owner, but cannot delete the development.
Sales agent: Allows the use of the sales tools. You cannot edit promotion information, invite other users or create new home promotions. You can upload files to the catalog but not new images. In addition, you can only edit sales-related property information: change availability, reservation date, purchase date, assign owner, etc.
The Owner of the promotion will be the owner of the company. In case of having an active paid subscription for the promotion, the owner will be the one who will be charged regardless of the user who created the promotion.
Granting access
Access to IdealTwin
Select the company the promotion belongs to
Access to the desired promotion
Enter the tab Access
Enter the email address of the user to be invited.
Select the desired role
Click on the button Invite

An e-mail will be sent to the invited address. Also, if you do not have an idealtwin account you will receive another email to register as a new user.
Invitations can be withdrawn at any time. When an invitation is withdrawn, the user will not be notified, but the notification will disappear from the user's profile.
Once the request has been accepted, the user will be able to access the company from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
