A promotion in IdealTwin is a group of housing or commercial units designed for the same purpose. These may include one or more physical buildings and are organized to facilitate their management and commercialization.
Elements of a Promotion
General:
Active: Indicates if the promotion is enabled for use.
Featured: Check if the promotion is prioritized or highlighted within the system.
Contact person: User responsible for the promotion. By default, it is the owner, but it can be assigned to any user with access.
Key details:
Name: Official name of the promotion.
Address: Geographic location of the promotion.
Description: Detailed information about the promotion.
Logo: Representative image of the promotion.
Images
Contains the set of images of the promotion
Catalog
Contains the set of PDF files related to the promotion.
Real Estate
Displays the list of properties belonging to the development
Access
Manage user accesses for the promotion. These accesses vary according to the selected plan.
Plan and invoicing
Displays the subscription information and invoices associated with the promotion. From here you can edit, update and cancel the promotion subscription.
