Billing Address

The billing address is the location used to send invoices and other documents related to the payment of subscription services. This address can be associated with either the subscription or a credit card, and is essential to verify the subscriber's identity and prevent fraud.

It is also used to calculate applicable taxes and ensure that billing information conforms to the terms of service. It is important for subscribers to keep their billing address up to date to ensure a smooth payment experience and avoid service interruptions.

At IdealTwin billing addresses are associated with the company. There is currently no limit to the number of billing addresses that can be created.

Billing Data Configuration

Billing data is configured independently for each company created in IdealTwin. This information may include:

• Fiscal name of the company: Registered official name of the company.

• Tax Identification Number (NIF): Mandatory for tax and legal operations.

• Billing address: Include street, city, zip code and country.

• Associated payment methods: Information necessary to process payments and transactions.

• Additional information: Such as registration numbers or other relevant data according to local regulations.

How to Configure Billing Data

1. Access the side menu and select the desired company.

2. Go to Company > Billing addresses> + Add billing address

3. Enter or update the required information in the billing data fields.

4. Click on the button "Save" to store the changes.

Use of Billing Data

• The configured data will be automatically used in documents generated by the platform, such as:

  • Budgets.

  • Invoices.

• When managing promotions or projects, you will be able to assign specific billing addresses, if your company manages several.

Important Considerations

• Management of multiple addresses: IdealTwin allows you to set up multiple billing addresses in a single company. This is useful for assigning them to specific promotions or managing multiple lines of business.

• Owner's liability: The owner or manager of the company is responsible for keeping the billing information up to date.

• Confidentiality: The information provided is used exclusively for the aforementioned purposes and is protected according to IdealTwin's privacy policies.
