The first row of the file is ignored

List of parameters accepted in the file for importing homes:

• Reference Text field that uniquely identifies the property for each development. This field is the one used to update the dwellings. If used, it must be the first

• Name: Text field

• Description: Text field

• BathroomsInteger field

• RoomsInteger numeric field

• Availability: One of the following options: available, contract, reserved, blocked

• PriceNumeric field with decimals. It is important that it does not contain the currency symbol, only the numeric value.

• Common areaNumeric field with decimals

• Constructed areaNumeric field with decimals

• Useful areaNumeric field with decimals

• Terrace areaNumeric field with decimals

• PhaseText field. In disuse

• Type: Text field

• Ladder: Text field

• Orientation: Field in disuse. Ignore

• Building: Text field

• Staircase: Text field identifying the unit's staircase

• PlantInteger numeric field. In the case of low numbers it must be zero. Negative numbers (-1, -2, etc.) are allowed.

• External IDText field. It can be the same as the reference. It will be the field used to identify the unit in third party applications.
