Subscriptions

In IdealTwin, the different features are enabled according to the promotion plans. All promotions have partners:

• Billing address

• Method of payment

• Plan

This data is associated with the creation of the promotion, which generates a Subscription.

The subscription is automatically renewed every month from the creation of the promotion.

Costs and characteristics of each subscription depend on the plan chosen. For all information related to costs and activated modules, please refer to the IdealTwin plans:

Subscription licenses

When creating the promotion, the number of licenses for the subscription will also be established. Currently in IdealTwin licenses are associated with the number of dwellings that the promotion has

Subscription costs vary depending on the licenses purchased.

A prorated charge will be applied as licenses are increased. until the end of the billing period, and the costs for the next billing period will be increased. If one or more homes are removed, these licenses remain active until the end of the billing period, so that when new homes are added, the unused licenses will be used before increasing the costs of the current subscription.

In any case, before creating a new home, a message will appear at the top of the screen informing you of the status of the licenses for the selected development.

When importing dwellings this message will not appear. It is the user's responsibility to control the additional costs of the new dwellings generated by the import.
