Select / Switch Active Company
To follow this guide it is necessary to activate "company mode".
IdealTwin allows you to manage multiple companies, keeping their information separate and organized in independent environments. The functionality of active companies facilitates the efficient and secure administration of each one.

Company Visualization
Access to the list of companies:
Click on the user avatar in the upper right corner to open the drop-down menu.
Under the section "Manage" all the companies associated to your account, either as creator or with granted access, will be displayed.
Select a company as active:
Click on a company from the list to set it as the company's active enterprise.
Once selected, the user's avatar will be replaced by the company logoand next to it will appear:
The company name.
The role assigned (Owner, Administrator, Sales Agent, etc.).
Go to "My Profile":
The first item in the drop-down menu is always "My Profile".
Clicking on this option deactivates the active company and returns to the user's personal profile.

Active Company Main Menu
When selecting an active company, the main menu on the left side of the screen will be updated to show only the functionalities enabled for that company.
Depending on your role in the company, the options available may vary, for example:
File management.
Creation and administration of promotions.
Configuration of users and roles.

Access to the Complete List of Companies
"View all" in the drop-down menu:
Click on "See all" in the drop-down menu under the "Manage".
This will take you to the Business Administrationwhere all associated companies are listed.
Business Administration page:
On this page you will be able to:
Edit companies: Modify the general data, such as name, logo, and other details.
Eliminate companies: Delete the created companies, if you have the necessary permissions.
See companies with access: Companies to which you have been granted access with any role are also listed here.
Important Notes
Each company maintains its information in an independent environment, ensuring that data is well organized and separated from other companies.
The change of active company is fast and automatically reflects the options and elements available for the new selected company.
With these functionalities, IdealTwin ensures an organized and personalized experience, optimizing the management of multiple companies on a single platform.
